Thor dropped the hammer on a monster fish of the Florida coast.
Mets star pitcher Noah Syndergaard known by the Nordic nickname pulled up a goliath grouper on a charter trip, according to a video posted by the online fishing show BlacktipH.
On the video, Syndergaard reels in the fish as the ship’s captain helps him land the saltwater fish. It is unclear when the video was shot.
“It’s a dinosaur, dude,” the captain says at the hooked creature comes to the surface.
The 6-foot-6 righthander battles the fish for several minutes, taking coaching from the captain as he struggles to bring up the goliath group, which can weigh nearly 700 pounds.
Syndergaard was on the fishing trip with fellow Mets pitchers Seth Lugo and Jacob Rhame.
“That was awesome,” Syndergaard says after the fish is cut loose. “That was a rush. … I’m exhausted.”
Once the fish was brought to the surface, the captain jumped back in the water to get the fish moving again.
